Follow the service schedule for your manufacturer and installation environment. Samsung, Alliance and Midea generally require annual domestic and six-monthly commercial servicing for the systems listed here. Jet-Air requires at least two services a year. Coastal, corrosive, industrial and dusty locations can need more frequent servicing. Keep a record of every service.
Samsung and Alliance require product registration for their midwall warranty. Eligible Jet-Air Q PLUS inverter systems must be registered within 30 days of installation to qualify for additional cover. Use the registration links above and keep your confirmation with your invoice.
Damage caused by power surges, lightning or environmental corrosion is generally excluded from manufacturer cover. Units in coastal or corrosive environments may also require protective treatment and more frequent servicing. Refer to your product’s warranty and speak to our team about the care your system needs.
